May 1, 1980
Once more, the Phillies' futile offense struggled against Mets pitching, this time Pete Falcone. However, the two runs that the team could scrape together would be sufficient for their ace. Steve Carlton surrendered one run in 6-2/3 innings of work aginst the Mets, and Tug McGraw finished the deal.
