SAN DIEGO – Tim Flannery, the Padres’ hot-hitting rookie, blooped a seventh-inning single that scored Willie Montanez from first base and gave San Diego a 4-3 victory over Philadelphia, which had won its last six games.  Flannery, a 22-year-old infielder, is hitting .415 in 17 games since being called up from the minors.
